Our Mission: We are servants of God by serving others. We share a responsibility to bring God's love to hurting people. We are a Christian Mission Outreach dedicated to showing people, through our teaching, actions and love, the life changing power of Jesus Christ.

If you have time to whine and complain about something then you have the time to do something about it. ~Anthony J. D'Angelo

If you are in the Riviera Maya and have a clothing contribution for our children, please contact Cherilyn Martin for sorting, sizing and Wednesday delivery. Please strive to make sure all items offered are clean and serviceable.

In trying to get our own way, we should remember that kisses are sweeter than whine. ~Author Unknown

With the financial help of our worldwide Mission Partners, volunteers from Cancun Christian Fellowship were able to provide eggs, cheese, molida especial, pork, salchicha, sliced turkey and ham, chicken and milk to our Cancun Christian home. Groceries are purchased and delivered every week. Those of you that live here realize that food costs have significantly increased over the past two years but our children’s need for nourishing meals has not decreased. If you would like to make a contribution to the Casa Hogar Children’s Food Fund, please contact Cherilyn or Tom Martin.

People that pay for things never complain. It's the guy you give something to that you can't please. ~Will Rogers

This Sunday, Mark Shook’s message covers “Understanding the Meaning of a Bible Passage”.  It is a great message in Mark’s series on 40 Days in the World. Please join us in our magnificent new location on Yaxchilan. It is great to have Mark back.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush is full of thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. ~Proverb

Upcoming and Current Events: If you were in church Sunday, you saw the slideshow for the remodeling work we did on the upstairs community bathroom at Casa Hogar para Ninos Esperanza, our Cancun Christian home. The work is now complete and the finished product is something we can all be proud of. The really good news is we have recently received financial commitments to remodel the two downstairs community bathrooms. Work on the second bathroom should start in the next 30 days. Your ongoing financial and spiritual support of our mission projects is really appreciated and you really are showing our children, through your teaching, actions and love, the life changing power of Jesus Christ.

Do not listen to those who weep and complain, for their disease is contagious. ~Og Mandino

This week’s pre-church fishing video will feature the Captain Blair Wiggins from Addictive Fishing pursuing Homosassa Red Fish. As always, there is enough fishing action to please even the diehard angler. Join us at 9:25 AM, relax and enjoy the show.

Man spends his life in reasoning on the past, in complaining of the present, in fearing future. ~Antoine Rivarol

We have now completed four Sundays in our new (and beautiful) location. That is something to celebrate but the real celebration (and congratulations) goes to LAURIE LIPP. For those that don’t know, Laurie decided Community of Faith Cancun needed a Children’s Bible Study class AND DID SOMETHING ABOUT IT! For the past three Sundays, Laurie has averaged seven children a week in her class. Thank you Laurie…you show the spirit of belonging to a church.

For the next few weeks, we would like for you to consider (think about) this very important question: Do you belong to a church or do you simply attend a church? You are part of the Community of Faith Cancun Christian family and families pull together when help is needed. As a family member, you are asked to consider what you will commit to do, on a regular basis, to assist with the Sunday service or growth of the church. If we worship and work together as a family, miracles can happen.

A Wednesday Men’s Group is offered by Cancun Christian Fellowship. The Men’s Group meets at McDonald’s McCafe on the corner of Nichupte and Kabah at 8:30 AM. Please contact Tom Martin at tommartinmx@gmail.com / 998-121-1316 for additional information.
